Overview

ThaiClinic.co serves as a comprehensive directory of Thai beauty, health, dental, hair, and wellness clinics, catering to both local users and medical tourists. Users can search clinics by region or specialty, review clinic information, compare options, and connect easily—making it a trusted guide to navigating healthcare and aesthetic services in Thailand.

Objectives

1. Deliver an intuitive, visually engaging platform that simplifies clinic discovery.
2. Organize clinics by category (Beauty, Dental, Health, Hospitals, Hair, Spa & Massage) and region (Central, Northern, Northeastern, Southern Thailand) for improved navigation.
3. Incorporate user reviews and comparison features to help users make informed choices.
4. Enable clinic owners to claim listings and manage their profiles, fostering engagement and accuracy.
5. Include a blog for health tips, clinic news, and wellness content to drive SEO and user retention.

My Role (UX/UI & WordPress Dev)

As UX/UI Designer and WordPress Developer, I led the project through these key phases:

1. Information Architecture: Structured directory listings for clear navigation—by category, region, and clinic type.
3. WordPress Development: Built a flexible CMS platform empowering both end-users and clinic administrators. Implemented custom post types, sorting, and listing templates for directories and blog content.
3. SEO & Content Strategy: Developed keyword-rich blog posts like “8 Essential Tips for Finding the Best Botox Clinic” to attract organic traffic and establish authority.
